Role: Proposed and established UMass Boston YouTube channel, March 2009 working in collaboration with the Vice Chancellor for Advancement on this project. Contacted Youtube and arranged for "enhanced" status. Collected and processed initial demo set of videos. With the Vice Chancellor, wrote guidelines for larger UMass Boston community and presented to senior administrators and the communications team. Assist members of the UMass community with publishing their materials on YouTube and integrating video into their websites and web strategy. Worked closely with the Communications Specialist to run a student YouTube video contest.
